Arqcoas is an architect’s office with a career spanning over 25 years. The architect Albert Simó Bayona joined the company in 1993 and became head of the office in 2000. The architect Eugenia Rodriguez Segarra and her team joined the office in 2002.
This is an office of professionals who are specialists in the different areas covered by the world of architecture and urbanism. Architects, quantity surveyors, interior designers, draftsmen and administrative staff … form part of a strong team that possesses all the areas of expertise required to deliver a wide range of architectural and urban planning projects. This team is also supported by a number of habitual collaborators, which include: engineers, architects and urban planners, landscape architects and graphic designers. Arqcoas offers a global service for managing projects and major works. Its services range from providing initial consultancy services and managing pre-project planning, through making studies and preparing preliminary projects, to executing these projects and managing all the work involved.
This global management, which has supervised the construction of over 759,193m2 in the last 10 years, requires the maximum rigour during the drafting of projects and ensures that the construction process is strictly monitored throughout the execution of the work.
